The Woodstock Int W1306 Pro-Stick 1-1/2″ x 1-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ Abrasive Belt / Disc Cleaner is the easiest solution for unloading your abrasives.  An abrasive belts and discs will over time have pitch, resin, sawdust and so forth packed in between the grain on your abrasives causing them to no longer sand effectively. Many woodworkers prematurely replace their belts and discs when the abrasive stops cutting effectively but the Woodstock belt cleaners dramatically extend the effective working life of these abrasives, thereby allowing users to save money and time. For cleaning large sanding belts and discs simply press the Woodstock Int W1306 Pro-Stick 1-1/2″ x 1-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ Abrasive Belt / Disc Cleaner lightly against the moving sanding belts and discs to remove clogged-up pitch and sawdust. Please note the W1306 is not recommended for wide-belt sanders as a wider flat cleaning pad is recommended for that application.
