The iVAC TP-NA Pro Tool Plus Dust Collector Auto Sensor automatically detects when your power tool is turned on by sensing the magnetic field around the tool’s power cord. As soon as the TP-NA senses the magnetic field change, it sends a wireless signal to the iVAC Pro Switch to turn on the dust collector. One iVAC TP-NA Pro Tool Plus Dust Collector Auto Sensor is required per power tool to work with this system. The TP-NA works with all types of tools, regardless of voltage or current requirements and it is easy to install by simply clamping the sensor around the power cord, tightening two screws, plugging the tool into the iVAC TP-NA sensor, and plugging the sensor into your 115V outlet. With the iVAC TP-NA Pro Tool Plus Dust Collector Auto Sensor you can connect power tools of all types to an iVAC Pro System for dust control without having to worry about electrical circuits or tool power requirements. It works for every machine regardless of its operating voltage, frequency, current, or number of phases. The iVAC Pro Tool Plus is a dust collector auto sensor that automatically detects when your power tool is turned on by sensing the magnetic field around the power cord. When the power tool is turned on, the presence of that field is detected by the sensor and a wireless signal is immediately sent to the iVAC Pro Switch telling it to turn on the dust collector. At the same time, when you turn the tool off, the sensor detects the absence of the magnetic field and signals the iVAC Pro Switch to turn off the dust collector. For maximum convenience the the range for radio communications between the ‘Tool Plus’ and the ‘iVAC Pro Switch’ is forty feet providing you maximum distance between the tool and the switch.
