The BE 85.490.051 1 Gallon House & Siding Cleaner is the best house & siding cleaning solution on the market today. The BE House & Siding cleaner has been designed to be gentle on painted surfaces and the chemical make up will not cause long term damage to your home. The BE 85.490.051 is ideal for latex painted surfaces, vinyl gutters, stucco, concrete, asphalt roofing and glass.  Using a pressure washer to clean the exterior of your home is not only faster and more efficient but safer from a maintenance standpoint as it will not cause your vinyl siding or gutters from buckling under the pressure of a scrub brush. We recommend that you do not use a red nozzle when cleaning your siding as it will be too aggressive an will cause damage.  We feel that either the yellow 15° nozzle or the green 25° nozzle is the best choice for siding and similar surfaces. Our contractors recommend that you keep your water pressure low to prevent pushing water in behind the siding, and ensure that your nozzle is at  least 3 feet away from the surface to avoid causing damage to the surface. When you are done cleaning, it is recommended that you rinse from the top down which will ensure you remove all of the soap from the exterior, leaving a perfect streak free finish when done.
