The ATE Pro Tools 83014 Overhead Valve Spring Compressor is used in conjunction with a compressed air adapter to replace valve springs and seals on a wide range of OHV, OHC and CVH engines without removing the cylinder head. The ATE Pro Tools 83014 Overhead Valve Spring Compressor features a reversible jaw / adapter and automatic cam-action locking to a predetermined setting.
