The DEWALT DCD996 hammer drill, included in kit comes equipped with a heavy-duty ratcheting nitro-carburized metal chuck with carbide inserts for superior bit gripping strength and a high efficiency brushless motor that delivers up to 57% more runtime over brushed. The DEWALT DCD996 features a 3-mode LED providing light in dark or confined spaces and is 20X brighter than competitive brands. The DCCF887 20V MAX* XR 1/4″ 3-Speed Impact Driver, also included in this kit delivers up to 1825 in-lb of torque in a compact design of just 5.3 inches front to back.
