Product Substitutions – What you need to know
At Adam’s Tarp & Tool, we strive to keep our website accurate and up-to-date. However, manufacturers may discontinue items without notice.
Handling Discontinued Items
When a manufacturer discontinues an item that you have ordered, we will make every effort to offer a replacement product at the same price. However, there may be instances where the replacement product has a substantial price difference, different package size, or other variations that may affect shipping costs.
Shipping and Pricing Adjustments
We will make every effort to cover any shipping cost differences. However, in some cases, this may not be possible. In such situations, we will offer you one of the following options:
- A refund for the discontinued item
- A discounted price for the replacement item, including adjusted shipping costs, which may be more than the original sale price
