The hoe is one of mankind’s first tools and is a versatile agricultural and horticultural hand tool used before the invention of the plow by ancient civilizations. The hoe has allowed gardeners, landscapers, and construction workers to dig, edge, cultivate soil, remove weeds, mix sand and concrete and so much more. Though the concept of the hoe hasn’t changed the quality and design of the tool has evolved over the years.
