We aim to ship all orders within one business day. However, processing time may be longer if we need to transfer products from multiple store locations to consolidate your shipment. If your order includes a backordered or special-order item, we will need to wait for our vendor to confirm availability. You will receive an email with estimated shipping times for your order.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Most standard shipments take 7-10 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship within Canada and the United States.

I think my shipping rate is too high. What can I do?

Sometimes, shipping costs appear higher due to inaccurate product dimensions or automated pricing errors. If you believe your rate is incorrect, follow these steps:

I requested a custom shipping quote. How long will it take?

Our team will begin working on your quote on the next business day. Since we contact multiple shipping providers for the best rate, it may take 1-2 business days for a response.

Product Availability & Condition

Does Adam’s Tarp & Tool sell out-of-box products?

Yes, we sometimes sell display models or out-of-box products that have never been used. If your order includes such an item, we will contact you before shipping. These items may not come in their original packaging but will include all necessary parts and manuals.

Do you sell previously returned products online?

No, we do not ship previously returned products. Items that have been returned may have signs of use, missing parts, or missing manuals. These products are only available for in-store purchase, allowing customers to inspect them before buying. If you have any questions, please contact our Web Sales Team.

Damaged Shipments & Returns

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your package arrives damaged, do not accept delivery. Instead:

  • Refuse the shipment.
  • Ask the courier to note the damage on the waybill.
  • Contact us immediately for assistance.

If you already accepted the package:

  • Take clear photos of the unopened box.
  • Take additional photos after opening the package to document any damage.
  • Contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with a freight damage claim.
